Melhus Management Company has been serving property management needs in the Greater Duluth Area since 1990.  Our office staff has been involved with real estate for many years.  In fact, there is over a century of combined experience in the real estate field throughout  our company.  Currently we manage 13 apartment communities across the Greater Duluth Area.  Our smallest apartment property is 5 units and our largest apartment community is 140 units.  Each apartment building has its own unique features.  Whether it is location, size of the apartments or the amenities within, we have something for everybody, at very competitive rents.
